The Finca de Chavarri is a living testament to over a century of vision, innovation, and respect for nature. Built in the 19th century under the guidance of Ruperto J. Chavarri, a renowned pharmacist and entrepreneur, the estate was designed to harness the natural properties of the Salina spring. This ambitious project included the construction of the Chavarri Hydroelectric Plant and state-of-the-art facilities for bottling the therapeutic waters under the internationally recognized Agua de Carabaña brand.
Today, the estate remains a symbol of industrial and natural heritage, situated within the lush valley of the Tajuña River, part of the Red Natura 2000 conservation network. Its rich biodiversity, Mediterranean landscapes, and historical architecture make it a unique destination that blends history, culture, and sustainability.
